PRIVACY / UPDATED SEPTEMBER 20, 2026

Your plans are yours.

TechWeekSF Together is an independent planning companion. It is not affiliated with Tech Week or event organizers, and it does not register you for events.

Offline browsing

The public event catalog is stored on your device. The app downloads catalog updates when connected and retains its last good copy offline. Browsing does not require an account.

Optional accounts and sharing

Signing in stores your email address, profile name, agenda selections, notes, ratings, friend relationships, and invitation records in a dedicated Supabase project in the United States. These accounts are separate from DF Together. Agendas are private by default. Accepted friends can see your profile and, only if you turn sharing on, your agenda. Private notes, ratings, and your email address are not shared with friends. Friend invitations expire after 30 days or after use.

Email and sign-in

Supabase and Resend process transactional sign-in emails, including your email address and delivery information. Opening the confirmation page alone does not redeem the one-time link. Do not forward sign-in links. Native app sessions are stored using the device's secure storage.

Website and service logs

Vercel hosts this website and the public catalog feed. Service providers may retain operational and security logs, including IP address, browser information, requested URLs, and access times. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies.

First-visit acknowledgment

The website stores a non-identifying acknowledgment flag in your browser’s local storage and, when available, session storage so the unofficial-site notice does not repeat on each visit. The app remembers its acknowledgment separately on your device. These flags are not sent to our servers or tied to your account. Clearing browser or app data can make the notice appear again.

Your choices

You can disable agenda sharing, remove friends, remove saved agenda items, edit your profile, and sign out in the app. The App Store release includes Profile → Delete account, which permanently removes your account, profile, synced agenda, private notes and ratings, friendships, and invitations you created. It also signs you out and removes the account’s cached agenda and notes on the device where you delete it. Previously exported calendar events remain in your own calendar. On earlier TestFlight builds, or for privacy questions, contact Geo Morjane through gsmbk.com. Account data is retained while your account is active unless you remove it or request deletion; provider backups and security logs may persist under their retention policies. Signing out does not itself delete your account.
